Each retreat has a theme. This year our theme “THE OPEN DOOR in 2024”
Our Inaugural International Retreat in Cabo San Lucas was one of the highlights for Phenomenal Women, Inc. Women came from Las Vegas, Bermuda, Texas, Los Angeles & Hawaii to UNITE*EMPOWER*INSPIRE.
Upon arrival, women were greeted with their favorite adult beverage and Charcuterie boards to quinch their hunger. They were instructed to take wigs off and wine down LOL at the WIGS-N-WINE Reception.
Later that evening they boarded the Cabaret Sunset Dinner Cruise where they literally rocked the boat! The enjoyed the live Band, DJ, Dinner & Live Entertainment. They sang, danced, dined on lobster, shrimp, fish and Steak. They were entertained with Sexy Tango & Mariachi dancing as they witnessed historic landmarks, watched the serene sunset and breathtaking view of where the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean merges.
A few highlights: 90 minute Sandbar Massages on the beach followed by lunch on the beach with our toes in the sand at the Office Restaurant , Guest Speaker Sessions, Creative Writing, Goal Setting to Attract Financial Abundance, Vision Boards, Sensory Visualization, Mindset Manifestation, Journaling, Transformational Story Stones, the Circle of Love, Yoga On the Beach, Essential Oil Scans, Poolside Relaxation & Water Hammocks, Roof Top Jacuzzi & Fireside Chats with Panoramic Views and Authentic Connection & Conversation, Light House Hike, Private Chef/ healthy recipes, the Power of Energy Workshop, and Waldorf Astoria Farewell. Welcome to the Phenomenal Women’s historical international RETREAT! Many are called, but few are chosen. THANK YOU for accepting our invitation to RETREAT.
Extracting the lessons from your experiences takes time . . . We will take this entire weekend for a life review retreat, where you pause to RELAX*RENEW*REFLECT*RESTORE. You will personally pause to see how God has worked in the various defining moments of your life and consider how he wants to use those lessons to help others.

You are a phenomenal woman and God has used your life as a living testimony and sacrifice of his greatness. Greatness, according to God, is defined by service. God sent his son, not to be served, but to serve mankind. THANK YOU for being his disciple, and saying Yes, I surrender all. Yes, I will sacrifice all. Yes, I will serve whole-heartedly.
God has worked in the various defining moments of your life and brought you to this season of life. Please consider how he wants to use those lessons to help you walk through the Open Door in 2024.
WHAT IS A RETREAT?
Because we are committed to our mission to UNITE*EMPOWER*INSPIRE women, the phenomenal women’s organization believe going on a retreat is valuable and an important part of life. We define retreat as an intentional act of setting aside time and space to be with God. Different from our regular vacation or daily quiet time, the practice of retreat is an act of making ourselves available to God with a focus and intensity that daily life does not often permit. During our transformational journey to retreat, we also connect and share with other like-minded women.
HOW DO I TAKE A RETREAT?
Because we are committed to spiritual growth, we have established a retreat experience solely dedicated to creating and facilitating unique retreat opportunities designed just for you. We know it can be difficult to find the time and space to take a retreat, which is why we offer a variety of local retreat options as well. Our beautiful Quivira Los Cabo Estate Retreat House AKA “Open Hearts” is guaranteed to offer you unforgettable moments. We are located minutes away from the Pueblo Bonito Beach. Situated within the exclusive residential development of Quivira Los Cabos and overlooking the Pacific Ocean in sun-kissed Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It’s blissfully secluded on a private coastal bluff surrounded by nature and tranquility.
“WALK IN HER SHOES” is our signature life changing event where women share Real, Raw and Relevant stories about life and survival. This event takes place quarterly and the subject is one of the PHENOMENAL FIVE topics (RELATIONAL*PHYSICAL*FINANCIAL*VOCATIONAL*SPIRITUAL). Our panel of speakers range from celebrities, book authors, licensed professionals, and ordinary men/women who are doing EXTRA-ordinary work at home, in their community or around the globe. PHENOMENAL FIRST FRIDAYS ZOOM EVENT is a way to connect with others around the globe without leaving home. Tune in each FIRST FRIDAY of EVERY MONTH to discuss topics that are fun and entertaining. It is our desire that you will leave our first Fridays Zoom gatherings inspired enough to continue your work here on earth. “YOU make a living by what you get, YOU make a life by what you GIVE”. What gift can you give to someone else today that will change their current state of existence? We will connect and reach “One WOMAN, one HOME, one FAMILY and one COMMUNITY” at a time. Phenomenal Retreat
PHENOMENAL RETREAT 2020 was life changing for those that participated! Our Theme was “Under-Construction” and our purpose was to Renew, Restore, and Relax. It began at the “Hutchison Hut” at the “Table of Truth” where true stories of life experience and challenges brought us to tears, then laughter, which RENEWED our authentic bond of sisterhood. The daily fellowship around the table was a visual reminder to us that the Holy Spirit Matters which RESTORED our faith. Our physical hikes in the wilderness and beauty of the Saddleback mountains, led us to the ocean side harbor in Dana Point, California which RELAXED us tremendously. Retreats and self-preservation is essential for the soul. Friendships are important and set-backs in life are inevitable. Never grow weary of doing good because you WILL reap a harvest in due season!
